TBFM Menu of the Month
Concept, writing and design.
Commissioned by Temple Bar Cultural Trust and the Temple Bar Food Market, the brief here was to come up with a promotional idea that
would encourage customers at the market to interact with the food producers in a manner that highlighted the seasonal nature of the food we eat.
Customers were encouraged to participate in a series of monthly 'menus' by submitting their favourite recipes. Guest chefs also collaborated with
us to create exciting dishes showcasing the produce on offer every Saturday.
The Menu of The Month was also available as a downloadable PDF on the Cultural Trust's website.
