A regional arts festival with international ambition
The energetic team behind Cairde Sligo Arts Festival asked us to help them develop an identity for the festival in line with their ambition. Their aim is to deliver an annual cultural adventure in the North West of Ireland, with a particular focus on experiential and collaborative events for all ages.
We worked with the team to develop a brand mark that expresses the ‘open to all / open your mind’ ethos of the festival. The letterforms allow space for exploration and room for all. The design is simple and clear reflecting the approachability of the festival. This is for everyone!
The Festival tag-line ‘An Invitation to Imagination’ is …. CONOR
We created a set of kaleidescopic backgrounds to communicate the colour and wonder to be encountered at Cairde.
The festival has gone from strength to strength, with audiences growing from XXXX - XXXX (TARA) in the last two years.
